Getting started

The first step is completing the Trust Creation Information Questionnaire. It gathers the basic information needed to begin preparing your trust and its supporting records. Simply provide the information you know and review your responses for accuracy before submitting.

Once your completed questionnaire is received, your Trust Specialist will contact you to review the information provided, address anything that needs clarification, and identify any additional information or documentation that may be needed.

Trust establishment fee

The total fee for the preparation and establishment of your Private Express Trust is $500.00. Half of the total fee, $250.00, is due upon submission of your questionnaire, with the remaining $250.00 handled by your Trust Specialist upon completion of the trust.

The $500.00 fee applies specifically to the preparation and establishment of the Private Express Trust. Any additional services or requests outside that scope are not included and, if applicable, will be discussed with you separately before proceeding.
